So far we had customers from more than 50 nationalities joining this tour.
Our tours have a duration of 90 minutes. Depending on the interactions and group size the tour can be -/+ 10 minutes.
We have no max cap for private tours. However, we can offer more guides and split the group if requested. We have a max cap of 15 people for open tours. However, we usually keep it to 10 people. The minimum number of people for open tours is 2 people.
Dogs are allowed, but they just need to be kept on the leash during the whole duration of the tour.
We conduct the tour for any age as long as children are always accompanied by the parents/adults. The tour content can be a bit bloody and scary. However, we always adjust our language accordingly.
Will all customers receive medieval equipment?
No, only the guide is dressed according to the represented century. However, equipment will be shown and introduced.
Does the tour operate also during bad weather?
Yes, we also conduct the tour during rain. We look for shelter if there is any heavy rain. During a thunderstorm or any other situation that sets our customers at risk, the guide can stop the tour and offer to reschedule or a partial up to a full refund.
