In each of the observation cabins you will discover different attractions. The first area of the observation booth will introduce you to the Federation of World Towers and the most famous of them. In the next cabin are the famous bubble chairs, from which you can admire the beautiful Prague. Each chair has its own speaker that projects the sounds of the street 100 meters below you. The last booth serves as an exhibition booth and always presents art of Czech origin, i.e. Czech artists. These are regular exhibitions of paintings, photographs, collages and other works.
In 2011-2012 the tower underwent a complete renovation of the interiors. A team of renowned Czech architects and artists was commissioned to design the new spaces and create an interactive environment. As a result, the interiors have a very unusual design and style. Tower Park Prague is in charge of their management.
Žižkov Tower is one of the 50 members of the federation from 20 countries. The base of the tower consists of a reinforced concrete slab 15 metres deep, 4 metres thick and 30 metres in diameter. Three steel tubes are perched on this base. The main and highest tube, topped by an antenna extension, has a diameter of 6,4 metres. The other two are 4.8 metres high. In the main tube are two high-speed elevators which move at a speed of 4 metres per second. In the secondary tubes there is an operational process elevator and an emergency fire staircase with 736 steps. The vertical tubes carry three cabins with a three-bay floor plan. They themselves reach a height of up to 134 metres.
