Our "best of" tour offers a unique opportunity to visit three of the most popular destinations in Czech and Saxon Switzerland in one day: Bastei bridge, Pravčická Gate and the Kamenice River Gorges.

The tour starts with a pick-up at your Prague hotel, Airbnb or other location in Prague. Our comfortable and modern vehicle will then transport you to the German part of the national park. Snacks and beverages along the way combined with informative descriptions of the sights you will pass are a matter of course.

Our first destination is the magnificent historic Bastei Bridge (Saxon Switzerland, Germany). The breathtaking view of the Elbe River canyon, high above which the bridge towers, will be etched in your memory forever. Watching the sun shine over the unique sandstone peaks is a priceless experience. We finish this easy sightseeing walk with a visit to the ruins of the medieval castle Felsenburg Neurathen (13th century), located at the other end of the Bastei Bridge.

The next route takes us across the border into the Czech part of the national park. A two-kilometre hike takes us to the Pravčická Gate. As we approach it from below, we can see the majesty with which it towers above the peaks of the surrounding landscape. It is the largest rock arch in Europe and a symbol of the Czech Switzerland National Park, when you see it, you will know why. Here you can also enjoy a local beer or other beverage in the historic Falcon's Nest Chateau, which boasts beautiful views of the rock arch and the surrounding countryside.

Our traditional Czech restaurant is located within sight of Pravčická Gate. A rich à la carte lunch will be your reward.

Traditional Czech and international dishes are served here (vegetarian options are also available). Our final excursion starts just a short walk from the restaurant. A descending hike will reveal the beauty of the Kamenice River Gorge. Its mild forest climate is very refreshing. The river you walk along is wild at first, but it calms down completely as you approach the boating section. A mystical boat ride is the last element of this impression-packed day trip. Afterwards, we head back to Prague.
